Dianne M. Carns is a Senior Paralegal at Tuthill & Hughes LLP,
with over 27 years experience as an estate planning and estate administration specialist. Dianne is among the finest trust and estate paralegals in the region with expertise in the areas of probate, estate administration, trust administration, preparation of estate tax returns, fiduciary income tax returns and gift tax returns, drafting of complex estate and trust documents and formation of family businesses and private foundations. Dianne works directly with our clients to accomplish many of the day-to-day tasks critical to effective estate planning, including the preparation and execution of compliance documents and the timely preparation of tax returns.
