Tuthill & Hughes LLP is pleased to announce that Kelly R. Berg has become a partner of the firm effective January 1, 2011. 

Ms. Berg has over 20 years of experience as a tax attorney.  Her current practice focuses on the corporate and tax issues affecting nonprofit organizations, including institutional and family private foundations, public charities, and community foundations.  In addition, she regularly advises individuals, estates and trusts with respect to tax and fiduciary issues.
